Yesterday, I visited Falcon Hospital in Abu Dhabi at 10.30 am to surrender my beloved budgie bird. Although my visit lasted only 5–7 minutes, the experience left a lasting impression on me. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted warmly by the security staff, who kindly guided us to the reception. There, I met one of the most humble, compassionate, and professional individuals I have come across. He handled everything with genuine care, kindness, and efficiency, making what could have been an emotional experience much easier for me. The courtesy, etiquette, and professionalism displayed by every staff member I encountered were truly exceptional. It's rare to experience such sincere hospitality and compassion in such a short interaction. Thank you to the entire Falcon Hospital team for your kindness and for setting such a wonderful example of customer care. You have certainly won my heart, and I will always remember the warmth and respect shown during my visit.

“Absolutely worth visiting. No matter if you have family and kids or you are just by yourself. An 2-hour tour provides you with sufficient information about falcons nature, life cycle, species, feeding etc. You can also sneak and watch the daily work of the clinic. All in very pleasant and entertaining way! Hasan, our friendly guide was able to catch our attention and answered all the questions. Groupie are not big, so you can enjoy it! There is also a chance to hold a falcon on your arm with glove on it and have a picture. One of the best experience in Abu Dhabi. Really worth its prize!”

The tour is fantastic and you'll be able to see what's going on behind the close doors - literally. Everyone was soooo friendly and willing to explain procedures and answer our questions. What a spectacular facility and very, very unique experience. Besides holding and patting the birds, I was able to feed one as well. What a great memories I'll have. Highly highly recommend visiting this place, besides the falcons you'll enjoy the free roaming peacocks as well ;)”

“Doctor Mansour from the animal care center handled my dog very gently, was very informative explaining everything and didnt push us to buy things from them instead of cheaper online alternatives like other vets seem to do. All tests came back in less than an hour. Would definitely recommend their animal care center for dogs and cats etc.”
