“I am extremely disappointed by the behavior of the staff, which is among the rudest I have ever experienced. Guests are treated disrespectfully, spoken about in front of others, and subjected to inappropriate and offensive language. This level of conduct is completely unacceptable, especially considering the price paid for the service. A professional environment should ensure dignity and respect for all customers, and unfortunately this was not reflected during my visit. I strongly believe the management should seriously review and improve the professionalism of the entire team, particularly the reception experience”

“The trainers are excellent, and we have been loyal clients for several years. However, due to ongoing issues with disorganized, inefficient, and unprofessional on-site management (reception), we have decided to discontinue after more than five years. The reception and day-to-day operations are particularly problematic, with poor communication and repeated administrative difficulties that make even simple matters unnecessarily time-consuming. Senior management appears well-intentioned and is clearly making an effort, but unfortunately the execution at the operational level consistently falls short and has significantly impacted our experience.”
