“This waterfront is beautifully designed and showcases a distinctive architectural style that makes it a wonderful place to visit. It offers a relaxing and enjoyable experience for everyone, with a wide variety of activities for both adults and children. Visitors can jog or walk along the scenic track, enjoy the mini skate park, or use the outdoor exercise equipment. The area is filled with a lot of trees and plants, creating a lush and refreshing environment. Food stalls and a marina add to the vibrant setting, while at night, Arabian foxes can sometimes be seen wandering in the distance, keeping a calm distance from people, which is an enchanting sight to witness. Friendly cats also roam the area, adding to the park’s lively and welcoming atmosphere. Swimming is allowed during the day, with designated sunbeds and umbrellas available for those who wish to relax by the water. The park is well lit in the evening and equipped with CCTV cameras for safety. Security guards are stationed every few meters and patrol the area at night using buggies to ensure a secure environment. For families, there are paid kids’ train rides and small carts, along with a spacious playground that includes swings, seesaws, slides, climbing structures, spring riders, a merry-go-round, monkey bars, a jungle gym, still rings, a climbing net, a trampoline, and a zip line, offering endless fun and adventure for children. Clean, air-conditioned washrooms with tissue are available on-site, along with a prayer room for visitors’ convenience. The waterfront is open twenty-four hours a day, providing a peaceful atmosphere at any time. At night, even after the beach closes, guests can rest on the sunbeds and gaze at the stars, and meteor sightings are quite common in this area. Free parking is available at every entrance, and the area remains pleasantly uncrowded, making it an ideal place to unwind and enjoy nature. Visitors are requested to follow certain rules for safety and cleanliness. Camping, barbecuing, and alcohol consumption are not allowed. Bringing food and beverages from outside is officially prohibited, though this rule is not strictly enforced according to personal experience. There is also ongoing construction of a new building, which appears to be intended for a restaurant or café, promising even more amenities in the future.”

“Felt like a hidden gem in UAE. A beautiful place developed focusing on family. Lots of kids play area and well managed and organized public utilities throughout the waterfront. You can really spend some quality time with your family. They even have lifeguards on duty by the sea - and the open calm sea access and its view is mesmerizing. Must visit place in UAQ. Doesn't feels like your in outskirts - UAW developed it with no less charm than waterfronts in Dubai (and well planned)”
