βIβve been taking my kids to this play area regularly and theyβve always enjoyed it β but during our visit last Saturday, we were disappointed. My children were not allowed into the section they usually play in, with staff claiming itβs now only for kids taller than 110 cm. This rule was never enforced before, and it felt unfair that they were suddenly restricted without prior notice. We were told they could only go to the βMini Bounceβ area, which is far too small and not suitable for kids over 4 years old. Itβs frustrating to see inconsistent policies being applied. I hope management reconsiders how these rules are communicated and enforced. This used to be one of our favorite spots.β
