A great complex for different sports activities especially for swimming, one should enroll themselves and their children for classes here. Recently I participated as a volunteer in a "Youth Para Olympics Games 🎯" and the event was fantastic with lot of fun and enjoyment.

“Very nice 2 olympic pools, gym, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room and ice bath. It’s far from the core city and but worth the visit. Day visit costs 64 aed as of the time of writing this review.”

“Great place to swim! Check for times without training sessions, you can ask the staff on WhatsApp. The water is a bit warm at 28°C, which can make freestyle swimming a little uncomfortable, but it’s still better than nothing.”
