The trampoline areas were a huge hit, the kids couldn’t stop jumping, running, and laughing the entire time, the space felt safe and well-supervised. What truly stood out was the JumpBoxx staffs, Esther, Alma, Kc, Joseph were incredibly friendly, attentive, and organized. From welcoming us at the door to helping coordinate the party schedule, they made everything run smoothly. The party host Joan was especially great with the kids — fun, patient, and full of energy! The birthday setup was also very well done. The decorations, food, and timing were all handled perfectly, and they even helped with the cake. It allowed us to really relax and enjoy the celebration without worrying about logistics.
