Kidz Factory - Yas Mall

“I brought my niece to Kidz Factory at Yas Mall, and honestly, it was one of the best decisions I’ve made! From the moment we stepped in, I could see the excitement in her eyes. The place is clean, safe, and beautifully designed, full of colors and creativity that instantly draw kids in. What I loved most is how educational yet incredibly fun the activities are. My niece especially enjoyed the science activity she couldn’t stop talking about it even after we left! The staff were so friendly, kind, and attentive that she actually wanted to take one of them home with her, that’s how much she felt cared for. It’s rare to find a place that balances learning, fun, and safety so perfectly, but they really does it. The entire experience was worth every dirham, and I left with a happy heart seeing how much my niece enjoyed every minute. If you’re looking for a place where your kids can learn, play, and truly have a great time, Kidz Factory in Yas Mall is a must-visit. We’ll definitely be coming back!”

“The ideas behind the play sections and activities is nice. However, the place is not well looked after. I’ve been taking my child (<2 yo) there for the last few months and I could easily spot the deterioration. Today was the worst and therefore I decided to write this review to warn people and hopefully for management to pick this up and try to improve the quality they are offering to their clients. The air mill is poorly working now and the turbo tubes were mostly blocked. The trampoline area has a clear tear in the connection to the mesh as you can see in the photos attached to this review. For a little toddler, this is a trip and injury hazard. The A/C was not working well today and they had some fans on to help, which made the place feel a bit stuffy. Some of the zones were very messy for a child to know where to start and this is maybe why that particular zone was empty for the whole hour we were there. This is also shown in the attached photos. Last time we went there, was back in August and there was a cockroach and I warned the staff who said “we will have pest control soon”. It is still shocking to leave it to that state. I hope this feedback is taken constructively to fix the issues with the place and make it a better and safer environment for our kids.”
