“We had a wonderful experience hosting my daughter’s birthday here. From the moment we arrived, everything was well organised and welcoming. Having the upstairs room was perfect, as it gave the kids easy access to the play area while still allowing the adults to relax comfortably. It also wasn’t busy at all during our time slot from 11 to 1 on Saturday, which was great and made it feel like we had the place to ourselves. The décor and overall setting were fantastic and really set the tone for the celebration. The staff were extremely helpful throughout, ensuring our guests were looked after and able to order their drinks easily. What really stood out was how engaging and friendly the team were with the children, which made the experience even more enjoyable. A great venue for a children’s party and a stress free experience for parents.”

“Koala kids is a unique cozy yet spacious children’s play area. It was perfect for my 6 year old daughter’s birthday celebration. Lovely setup, spacious birthday room, attentive staff that handled everything carefully and very well. A screen displaying photos of the birthday girl gave a special vibe.
