My kids loved the variety of play areas, especially the slides and soft play zones, and I appreciated how safe everything felt. The event organizers JOY and ALPHA was incredibly polite, professional, and genuinely helpful, which made the whole experience stress-free for us as parents. What we really appreciated was that the organizers JOY and ALPHA were not focused on pushing sales. Instead, they honestly guided us on what to order from the café and where we could save money, which felt very thoughtful and trustworthy. A special shoutout to the playground coach ALEXIS, who was fantastic with the kids—kind, energetic, and very patient. The children had so much fun, felt safe, and were engaged the entire time. Highly recommend Minibounce Dalma Mall for birthday parties or kids’ events. It was a wonderful experience, and we’ll definitely be back! We are living in city but we put effort to travel in Minibounce Dalma Mall because of the amazing people”

“Very clean, quiet, big play area with friendly staff. Nice place for kids to play and for parents to drink coffee and relax. Multiple sections they have trampoline, bouncing area, soft play area, party rooms for girls and boys. Also they have their own toilets for girls and boys and it’s very clean. Price is slightly higher than average but worth it each and every month to visit. Kids will enjoy it. Mornings till 5 pm is not busy much. Weekends and evenings are busy. They have their own coffee shop and snacks are available.”
