First time trying to climb and this place is such a beginner friendly spot, perfect for anyone who is beginning to start their journey in climbing! Instructors were extremely helpful! Shoutout to Kath and Seta! Big shoutout to the other staff: Ann, Denmark, John, Eve, Jackie and others whom I can’t fit into this review! Everyone was extremely generous as well! Not to forget Ivan who was always keeping the place spotless! Looking forward to my next climb here!

Best for children aged 5 and up trying climbing for the first time — the instructor presence on the floor is consistent and hands-on, making the learning curve genuinely manageable. Mixed-ability families can climb together across the graded wall sections. Toddlers under 5 are not admitted. Advance booking is non-negotiable.

I had a small scratch that needed some band-aid and they were ready - all hands on deck 💖 Aside from that, members from the community helped us on some boulder challenges.
