1 / 3Orange Wheels - Al Ain Tower, Khalidiyah
📍 Al Khalidiyah, Abu Dhabi
Compact Orange Wheels branch in Al Ain Tower offering indoor soft play, creative workshops, and structured activities for toddlers, with a café for parents and consistently praised individual staff members.
It’s a great place for kids to play and parents to relax and enjoy coffee while watching their kids play in a safe environment, staff is very friendly, Analu greeted us at the entrance, she delivered excellent service, Anograha was very friendly too and In general everyone, thank you so much, will be coming again
🏆 Family Action Verdict
Best for parents of toddlers under 4 who prefer a quieter, more contained play environment. Families already familiar with larger Orange Wheels branches will find this location smaller in scale. Regular visitors and members get the most value — casual visitors seeking a large play space should consider the Al Wahda Mall branch instead.

“Amazing experience at this play area! The staff are very accommodating and friendly, and the food is absolutely delicious. The place has a great and welcoming atmosphere. Special mention to ate Violy from cafe for being so approachable, kind, and helpful-she truly made our visit even better. Highly recommended, and we will definitely come back again. Thank you for the excellent service! *”

“We love Orange Wheels! It’s such a nice and clean play area for my daughters, and the staff are always very friendly. 🌸 However, I really wish you could go back to opening at 9:00am like before. Opening at 11:00am doesn’t make much sense for families like us—we can’t spend enough time, since we usually leave around 12:15 for lunch. We used to be regulars at 9:00am on weekends, but now we only get about an hour to play. Please consider adjusting the hours like the other Orange Wheels branches. It would make a big difference for families!”

“Our recent visit to Orange Wheels at Al Ain Tower was, regrettably, underwhelming. While the facility is adequate, it falls noticeably short in scale and ambiance compared to the Al Wahda Mall branch. The space feels more constrained and less thoughtfully designed, which diminishes the overall experience one might expect from the brand. The staff, though not overtly discourteous, did little to leave a positive impression. The level of engagement and attentiveness lacked warmth and professionalism, making the interaction feel perfunctory rather than welcoming. Additionally, the customer service over the phone prior to our visit was unsatisfactory, marked by limited clarity and a lack of helpfulness. Overall, while the venue is serviceable, it does not distinguish itself in a way that would encourage a return visit.”

Overview
The Khalidiyah branch of Orange Wheels delivers the core brand experience — soft play, creative workshops, supervised activities, and an on-site café — in a smaller footprint than the Al Wahda Mall location. Staff receive strong individual praise across reviews, with names cited repeatedly for friendliness and attentiveness. The café food quality is highlighted as a genuine draw. Loyal members form a significant share of the visitor base, and the venue runs regular memberships.
