“We love Orange Wheels! It’s such a nice and clean play area for my daughters, and the staff are always very friendly. 🌸 However, I really wish you could go back to opening at 9:00am like before. Opening at 11:00am doesn’t make much sense for families like us—we can’t spend enough time, since we usually leave around 12:15 for lunch. We used to be regulars at 9:00am on weekends, but now we only get about an hour to play. Please consider adjusting the hours like the other Orange Wheels branches. It would make a big difference for families!”

“We love Orange Wheels and my kids enjoy their time there every visit. The staff are always kind, friendly, and great with children. However, there is very little flexibility in dealing with loyal customers. We have been regular visitors since the day they opened, and we always renew memberships for multiple children — not just one. Even my sister’s and friend’s kids are members with them. But today, I sent my three children, with active memberships, and only one membership had expired two days ago — and I honestly didn’t know. I asked politely if she can enter just for today since we are long-time customers and when the other son get his membership expired , I will renew for them at the same time , but they refused completely and insisted on paying again. The place is great, but I wish there was more flexibility and appreciation for loyal customers who have been supporting them”
