Orange Wheels - Palm Jumeirah Mall

“The team at Orange Wheels Nakheel Mall was a life-saver! I had checked out their website prior to coming and was interested in the "Drop n' Shop" service so my little girl could be occupied while I had an important meeting in the mall. The website didn't say anything about there being a minimum age (of 4 years old!) and I was only informed when I got to the branch. I understood that it was company policy and Playmates training, but due to the lack of clarity on the Orange Wheels website, I was put into a really stressful situation because I was becoming increasingly late for my meeting... Thankfully, Denifa stepped up and offered to help me take care of my little girl while I went for my meeting and after a few calls to the powers that be, Denifa got approval. The only unfortunate thing was that I had to pay a lot more than I anticipated (one-time All-Day Play instead of Drop N Shop), but it was worthwhile in the end because both Denifa and my Charlie had a great time together (as well as John)! Now because of this great customer service, I'm highly considering buying the monthly membership. Thank you, Denifa!!! We hope to see you again soon and I'm looking forward to receiving all the nice photos you took of your play time together 😊”

“Last week we celebrated our son’s birthday at Orange Wheels. This place was our #1 option for the celebration, so at first we were very disappointed when there was some misunderstanding about the dates and timing of the celebration. But eventually I am very thankful to Orange Wheels staff and management (James, John and William) for immediately contacting me and solving the occurred misunderstanding. The celebration was way beyond our expectations! Everything was so well organized! The party zone and the entertainment for kids were amazing! Special thanx to John for that! All the children and their parents enjoyed the party a lot! Among the things that our guests mentioned and liked were: the cleanliness of the playground, really delicious food at the cafeteria and the creative activities arranged for children. Thankful for all the Orange Wheels team! We will definitely be recommending this place to everyone!”

“Orange Wheels is easily my favourite soft play to visit with my little boy. He’s two, full of energy, and this place keeps him entertained from the moment we walk in. There are loads of activities perfectly suited for toddlers, from climbing frames and slides to sensory areas and ride-ons and everything feels clean, safe, and well-staffed. What I love most is that he can explore independently while still being in a secure environment, and there’s enough variety that he never gets bored. It’s one of the few places where he can happily run around for ages, and I can actually relax knowing he’s having a great time. Highly recommend it for parents with young kids looking for a fun, engaging, and reliable soft play spot in Dubai.”
