“We celebrated our son’s 1st birthday at Piccoli, and it was truly a beautiful experience 🤍 Everything was done with so much care and attention to detail — from the photo zone to the kids’ table and the welcome area. The whole setup looked amazing, and many of our guests kept saying “wow” when they saw it. What we appreciated the most was the very personal and thoughtful approach. All our wishes (even the smallest details) were heard and carefully implemented, which made the celebration feel exactly the way we imagined it. The atmosphere turned out warm, light and truly special — exactly what we wanted for such an important day. A very special thank you to Frivehn, who managed the decoration — it was absolutely fantastic. Everything was brought to life exactly the way I envisioned it. She was also always in touch, patiently answered all our questions and supported us throughout the entire process. It’s also important to mention how clean and well-maintained the play area is. All the toys are in great condition, and it’s clear that the space is very well taken care of — which is extremely important and appreciated when you come with children. The only small downside for us was the coffee. However, the team is very flexible and allows bringing coffee from outside, which we appreciated. As a suggestion — it might be worth considering upgrading the coffee machine or beans, and then the experience would be absolutely perfect. We’re very happy we chose Piccoli and would definitely recommend it 🤍”

“This is by far the best kids’ play area we’ve found in Dubai! The space is just the right size — not too big to lose track of your child, and not too small to feel cramped. Everything is clean, well-organized, and thoughtfully designed. There are comfortable tables where parents can enjoy a coffee while having a clear view of where their child is playing — the visibility is excellent from all angles. But what truly makes this place stand out is the staff. The girls working there are incredibly friendly, attentive, and always engaged with the children. They don’t just supervise — they actively help the kids: assisting with dressing up, putting on and taking off hats and costumes, fastening or unfastening clothes, and joining in imaginative play. Whether it’s pretending to be a doctor, running a shop, a bar, or a gas station — they’re right there in the game. There’s always someone stationed even at the top of the slide to ensure safety, which is especially important for toddlers. The whole atmosphere feels warm, caring, and very safe. Highly recommended!”
