π Al Zorah, Ajman
A peaceful guided kayak through the Al Zorah mangroves, best for kids old enough to paddle and spot egrets, herons and kingfishers rather than needing constant action.

βWe had an incredible time on the 2 hour kayak tour of the mangroves. It felt like we were transported into a magical paradise very far removed from the city. Our tour guide Ronaldo was super knowledgeable and friendly and taught us loads about the wildlife and importance of the mangroves in our ecosystem. Thank you so much to everyone at quest for adventure for putting so much apparent love and care into this little slice of heaven! Hereβs to more mangroves and a greener environment for allβ

βWe went for a 2-hour tour in a double kayak and were amazed by the variety of bird species in Al Zorah - egrets, herons, flamingoes, kingfishers and much more. Even in low tide the tour route takes you on a 3-kilometer journey through the mangrove forest with a stop at the nursery/planting area. Our guide knew a lot about the mangrove ecosystem and shared that knowledge with us. Would definitely recommend visiting - just bring spare clothes and shoes, as you will get wet during the trip.β

βAmazing experience in the mangroves! I did the evening tour at the end of May, and it was incredible. Even though it is the summer season, it did not feel hot at all because the evening weather was great. It feels so nice to be out among nature and away from the city. The Quest for Adventure team is doing a truly great job there. The guides are so good, friendly, and give you so much interesting information throughout the trip. Highly recommended!β

Overview
A quiet escape into the Al Zorah mangroves by kayak, close to the city but a world away from it. The guides genuinely know their patch and point out the birdlife as you glide past - egrets, herons, flamingoes, kingfishers - and the evening tours dodge the summer heat nicely. There's a bit of a workout at the paddle, so it suits kids who can settle into the rhythm and enjoy the stillness. Parking and pram access at the launch point.
