The services are top notch, food is delicious and freshly prepared, and staff experience is exquisite. The staff, especially, Hazel and Junaid are so professional, and their demeanour is so friendly , its like you experiment your in-cinema chauffeur service. They serve you with refreshment during the start while you wait in the lounge where you can also enjoy the complimentary gehwa. I was silly enough to bring a drink from outside and sweet Hazel was kind enough to keep it in the chiller for me....♥️ The movie experience is also very different, they use Dolby sound system which is just chefs kiss. I have been visiting the Dubai Malls Platinum cinema for 3 years with my husband and my experience is never short of what you expect Dubai to provide.”
