“Royal cinemas is always nice . I usually go to Dalma mall to see the cinema but this I decided to go khalidiyah mall to watch Venom movies. It was immersive experiences.”

“Very good sound and picture quality, seats are comfortable enough. Prices are also reasonable. There are shopping centers also available. All daily use items at very very reasonable prices. You will always find best deals and crowd for sure. Must visit . Less crowded on counter for easy payments process. Every occasion they gave special offers and discount on their products. Best to visit before weekend start or on Friday.”

“On 12/23, I visited the cinema and ordered popcorn. When I asked for extra cheese, the staff member refused and said that the cheese was “expensive” and that they were being monitored by cameras. I fully understand internal policies, but the way the situation was communicated made me feel uncomfortable, especially since I was willing to pay for the extra cheese. Watching a movie is about enjoying the full experience, and I hope the management can review how such requests are handled and communicated in the future.
