Rustar Dhow Cruise

You board a traditional wooden dhow in old Deira and drift along the Creek while the buffet keeps coming and the lights of the souks slide past. Kids tend to camp out on the open upper deck watching the abras dart around, and there's usually a tanoura dancer or live music once the tables clear. It runs a bit touristy and the buffet can be hit or miss on busy nights, but the two-hour glide itself is genuinely calming.
