“We have visited this place several times and have always had good experiences. The receptionist today was very sweet and helpful as well. However, during this visit, I encountered an issue with one staff member that was quite disappointing. While I was still at the counter, my daughter was standing near the entrance holding the door frame. One female staff member, with an angry expression, lightly hit my daughter’s hand and spoke to her in an unfriendly tone, telling her to remove her shoes. This can be verified on CCTV if needed. When I addressed the staff member and explained that such harsh behavior was unnecessary—especially toward a child—there was no apology, only a forced smile. This is a children’s playground, and I strongly believe kindness, patience, and warmth should always be shown to children. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so the overall positive environment this place is known for can be maintained.”
