What an incredible experience! We absolutely loved it. Going here was a bit of a last minute decision but I'm so glad we made it. The teamLab Phenomena was, well...phenomenal. I will say that the end was a bit anticlimactic but as a whole it was so very worth it. The first installation really blew me away. I've been to a few light festivals but this was on a different level altogether. It's great for people of all age groups and from individuals to groups. I absolutely loved the first installation with the pillars, the black hole, the balloons, the floating dolls, and the personalised art installation. The one with the net where it feels like you're walking in space blew me away. I could have stayed at this entire place the whole day just revisiting installations. If you have time and can afford it, just go for it. The staff are also very friendly and helpful. 10/10 would recommend.
π Family Action Verdict
Best for families with children aged 3 and up who respond to sensory, tactile environments. The drawing-to-animation feature captivates children who might disengage from traditional museums. Pre-booking a time slot online is essential β walk-ins face waits.

βteamLab Phenomena was an incredible and immersive experience. The stunning artwork, lights, and interactive installations made every room feel unique and magical. From start to finish, the creativity kept us excited and engaged. My kids absolutely loved itβespecially the section where their drawings come alive, which was truly fascinating to watch. Almost every artwork was amazing, making it a perfect place for families, art lovers, and anyone who enjoys interactive experiences and capturing memorable photos. Highly recommended! β¨π¨β

βSimply amazing!!! It was my first time visiting teamLab, and I was truly impressed. The scale is huge, with beautiful installations, including water-based displays. I went with my child, and she kept saying she wants to go again. It was a great experience and a really special memory for us. Thank you so much!β

Overview
teamLab Phenomena is a sequence of large-scale digital environments where light, water, and motion respond to human interaction. Children draw creatures that are then projected as living animations within the space β the single most cited moment across all reviews. Rooms shift based on movement, touch, and crowd density, making every visit different. The scale is genuinely immersive: visitors consistently report needing close to four hours to move through all installations.
