“I had a truly fantastic experience at Total Ninja in Silicon Central Mall, Silicon Oasis. From the moment we arrived, I was genuinely impressed by how clean, well-organized, and welcoming the place was. The environment feels safe, energetic, and perfectly designed for kids to enjoy themselves to the fullest. The staff deserve special appreciation. They are extremely helpful, friendly, and very professional in how they deal with children. What I really loved is how they actively encourage kids to push their limits, build confidence, and enjoy every single moment, all while keeping everything fun and safe. You can clearly see that they care about the kids’ experience, not just supervision. The package that includes a lunch box at the end was another great surprise. The food was delicious, well-prepared, and my child absolutely loved it, which made the experience even more rewarding after all the activities and excitement. Total Ninja is also very well set up for birthday parties, with dedicated spaces that can accommodate different group sizes. Everything is organized in a professional way, making it an excellent option for celebrations or special occasions. Overall, it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Clean facilities, lovely and motivating staff, exciting activities, and thoughtful extras like the lunch box all come together to create a memorable visit. “We honestly had the BEST time at Total Ninja Dubai, Silicon Oasis! I want to give a huge shoutout to Bhupendra, who made our experience so special from the moment we arrived. It was our first time visiting, and to be honest, I was a little nervous and worried that we might feel awkward trying some of the activities for the first time. But Bhupendra completely changed that. He guided us with so much patience and kindness, literally helping us step by step and making sure we felt comfortable and confident throughout. He never made us feel rushed or embarrassed, and he was always there whenever we had a question or needed help. What impressed me the most was how dedicated he was. One moment he was assisting us with the activities, the next he was helping at the cafeteria section and somehow, he still managed to check on everyone with a smile. It felt like he was everywhere at once:). People like Bhupendra are the reason experiences become memorable. Thank you for your genuine care, positive attitude, and outstanding customer service. “Had fun and a good workout with my sisters here! It's a large space and has a cafe inside as well. We decided to go with 1 hour(100 dhs, 2hrs was 160 dhs) to try it out and it was perfect, could've easily done a 2nd hour but we were tired, so maybe next time. You need to buy their grip socks(only 5 dhs each and it's reusable). The staff were welcoming and will introduce each obstacle to you. Sometimes they would participate in our games if you were short of players(our thanks to Ganesh and Ram!). Would be fun to bring a bigger group/friends next time!”
