“Had a great experience at VOX Cinemas - Al Hamra Mall, and the entire reason for this 5-star rating is Hassan, the ticket checker. Hassan was extremely polite, professional, and genuinely welcoming. His attitude alone elevated the whole movie experience - calm, respectful, and very customer-focused. It’s rare to see staff who take pride in their role like this. VOX is lucky to have someone like him representing them. Great service starts with people, and Hassan absolutely delivers. 👏”
