“I had a great experience at VOX Cinemas in Reem Mall. From the moment you walk in, the space feels modern, clean, and well-designed. The branding and lighting really stand out — it feels like a premium cinema experience.The atmosphere is relaxing, comfortable, and very well maintained. The hallways, seating, and overall environment feel upscale and spacious. It’s a perfect place for families, couples, or even a solo movie night. My favourite is definitely the popcorn, I have been to other cinemas around the world, but Vox popcorn is still my favourite...I always buy an extra bag of popcorn to eat at home too. Service at the snack counter was friendly and quick, even during busy hours.Being inside the beautiful Reem Mall makes it even better — parking is easy, the environment is calm, and you can combine your movie with shopping or dinner.”

“I had a great experience at VOX Cinemas in Reem Mall! During my visit, my phone accidentally got stuck under the seat, and two staff members — Nisha and Raju — were incredibly kind and helpful. They took the time to assist me after the movie and managed to retrieve my phone quickly. I really appreciate their professionalism and friendly attitude. “Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience at Vox Cinemas – Reem Mall due to the behavior of one staff member named Julienne. Her attitude was extremely bad and unhelpful. Every time I tried to speak to her or ask a simple question, her responses were dismissive and not professional at all. She refused to assist me in any way. I even asked her for an empty small popcorn box to put my pop corn in, and she refused. When I politely asked if I could at least leave my big box with her temporarily to figure out a solution, she also refused and made everything unnecessarily complicated. Her behavior completely ruined my mood and reflects very poor customer service. Honestly, it was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. On the positive side, I want to sincerely thank Mr. George. He was absolutely amazing,extremely polite, helpful, cheerful, and professional. He went above and beyond to help me with everything and truly made my day. Despite the bad experience earlier, Mr. George’s attitude and service were outstanding and restored my mood completely. He genuinely made my day after it was almost ruined. I hope management addresses such behavior seriously, because customer service should never be handled this way.”
