All the staff here are incredibly friendly, professional, and welcoming. They create such a positive and encouraging environment where children feel safe, supported, and motivated. A special shout-out to Aisha🤗 she has made such a meaningful difference in my child’s climbing journey. She didn’t just teach techniques; she truly provided emotional support and encouragement during challenging moments. Her patience and genuine belief in my child helped build not only climbing skills, but also confidence and resilience. As a parent, it means so much to see your child supported in this way. We are truly grateful and highly recommend this place!

Best for children who need encouragement to push physical boundaries — instructors are trained to draw out hesitant kids. Older toddlers and school-age children benefit most. The Al Wasl branch is smaller than Barsha; families wanting more variety should try the Barsha location.

We never been there before, and at the beginning while all kids were playing and having fun, my son was just sitting on n the side 🤷🏻♀️ And I would like to say big thank you to Emilie, who found a way how to approach my son and make him interested in climbing.
