“Horses are old , like 15-17 years , mistreated, you can see how skinny they are, and their skin all patched from the mistreat they have been endure We went for horse riding at sunset, they were tiered , couldn't not run , 20 minutes into the 60 minutes session, one of the horses got scared by a loud engine care passing by , he throws me and I sustained a back, arm , and leg injury The guide just stood their, we kept asking him to call an ambulance, he was not even responding. This was a horrible experience. Hated every minute of it”

“As others have said, If you've booked this through Groupon, don't bother as you'll be treated like you don't exist. My partner booked us a sunset ride with this business through Groupon. All confirmed 24 hours prior. Confirmed with the "admin" We arrive before our start time, and wait. No one approached us, so we went up to staff offloading horses. We were told our Groupon hasn't been confirmed with them, so they had no horses for us and to wait 20mins for them to fetch them and come back. We declined as we needed to be elsewhere after our "experience". Meanwhile, the "admin" in his white patrol, face covered with a sun protector and sunglasses ( not sure why he wanted to remain anonymous?), circled us around three times, ignoring our messages, (yet reading them) and we have still to confirm a new date for next week...we think we're just going to get a refund through Groupon as it's clear we don't get anywhere with "admin". Lovely horse staff, atrocious admin.”
