“We’ve always had a fantastic experience at Bounce X in DFC Mall.. From the reception team to the coaches, everyone is welcoming, organized and truly invested in making the kids’ experience great. The energy is consistently high, but today really stood out. The coaches were completely on it—especially Dei, who coaches Oliver and Coach Mohsein, both of whom showed amazing patience, enthusiasm, and genuine care for the kids. The ceremony today was much more organized and it really showed. Parents were engaged, the kids were excited, and the whole atmosphere felt fun and smooth. The games were super enjoyable and you could tell how much effort the whole team put into making everything run perfectly. A big shout-out to Coach Mohsein, Coach Kamlesh, Coach Dei, Coach Winnie, Coach Michael and Coach Marvel for keeping the energy high and making the experience memorable for all the kids. We had an incredible birthday celebration at Bounce X Dubai Festival City, thanks to the amazing team, especially Mervyn and Mohattem. Mervyn went above and beyond from start to finish. His communication before the party was excellent, and he paid attention to every little detail to make sure everything ran perfectly. He was caring, genuine, and truly made us feel looked after throughout the entire process. I feel so lucky to have had him as our party planner. He made the day completely stress-free and special. Mohattem was equally wonderful during the party. He stayed with our guests the entire time, showing great patience, kindness, and flexibility. He made sure everyone was having fun and helped create such a positive atmosphere. He even supported the guests w hydration midway through the party. Also, a special shout-out to the call center staff who helped us with parking and made our arrival and departure super easy. “This place is amazing, we visited Dubai after 3 years and all of our kids from 6 years to 14 years had a blast, the staff even helped them fix their posture when flipping and jumping to land better, and showed them techniques to get better. We paid 140 AED per child for 2 hours plus a free pizza. Highly recommend especially during weekdays it was almost as though we had the entire park to ourself.”
