“BOUNCE-X Festival City in Dubai, truly made my daughter Rose’s 10th birthday unforgettable. We celebrated with 12 kids and every single one of them had an amazing time from start to finish. The communication before the party was excellent-they carefully checked every detail with me in advance. The party room was set up exactly as promised, and the food and drinks were perfect. The team organized the full 2 hours beautifully so the kids could explore and enjoy the whole park together as a birthday group. They also provided a big table for the parents to relax and enjoy the celebration, which was a very thoughtful touch. The entire staff was friendly and welcoming, especially Mervin who coordinated everything with us. A very special thanks to our party host Pranay, who patiently guided the kids through the park and made sure they played safely and happily. I highly recommend this place to any family looking to create joyful and beautiful birthday memories for their kids. Pure fun and great organization! 🎉🎂”

“We’ve always had a fantastic experience at Bounce X in DFC Mall.. From the reception team to the coaches, everyone is welcoming, organized and truly invested in making the kids’ experience great. The energy is consistently high, but today really stood out. The coaches were completely on it-especially Dei, who coaches Oliver and Coach Mohsein, both of whom showed amazing patience, enthusiasm, and genuine care for the kids. The ceremony today was much more organized and it really showed. Parents were engaged, the kids were excited, and the whole atmosphere felt fun and smooth. The games were super enjoyable and you could tell how much effort the whole team put into making everything run perfectly. A big shout-out to Coach Mohsein, Coach Kamlesh, Coach Dei, Coach Winnie, Coach Michael and Coach Marvel for keeping the energy high and making the experience memorable for all the kids.
