โSubject: Complaint Regarding Sahara Centre's Facilities and Services - Bowl N Roll Area Dear Sahara Centre Management, I am writing this letter to express my disappointment and dissatisfaction with the conditions and services experienced during our recent visit to Sahara Centre on July 28, specifically in the Bowl N Roll area. Our group from SFSCC faced several issues during our visit, which I would like to bring to your attention for immediate resolution: 1. Unbearably hot environment: The Bowl N Roll area had an uncomfortably high temperature, which made our experience extremely unpleasant. It was surprising that there was no adequate cooling system to make the environment suitable for visitors, especially considering the current summer heat in the UAE. 2. Lack of open restaurants: To our dismay, there were no restaurants open nearby to purchase refreshments or meals. With the Bowl N Roll area attracting numerous visitors, it is imperative to have operational food establishments within the vicinity. 3. Inaccessible water and juice: In addition to the closed restaurants, there were no nearby options to buy water or juices. Having a hydration station or vending machines would be a practical solution for visitors to quench their thirst easily. 4. Inadequate lift access: The situation was further aggravated by only one operational lift in the wing. This caused significant inconvenience for visitors, especially during the weekend, when foot traffic is high. 5. Unbearable heat in coffee shops: The coffee shops in the vicinity were also not air-conditioned effectively, making it difficult to enjoy our time there. I trust that Sahara Centre values customer satisfaction and prioritizes providing a comfortable experience for visitors. However, based on our recent experience, I am compelled to bring these issues to your notice. Please consider this letter as an earnest request to address the problems listed above promptly, especially with the extreme summer heat in the UAE. I hope to see appropriate actions taken before we feel the need to escalate this complaint to the municipality. Your immediate attention and intervention in this matter are highly appreciated. Sincerely, Angelicaโ
