“This is the only zoo in Dubai at the moment. It's small but has a variety of animals to see. They need to be transferred to better facilities soon. It's hard to see the big cats and primates in smaller cages. There are a couple of water fountains and a food cart inside. The admission fee is 2 AED. There are wheelchairs if needed”

“I personally don't like the concept of zoos at all! This one in particular although well maintained,the animals couldn't just stand the heat and you hardly will get to see them out during day time. The gorilla is a cutie there!”

“The only place I saw in Dubai that could be described as small and dated. That said, the entrance fee was only 2 AED (about to 0.5 USD) and local families seemed to like the place. Though the enclosures seemed to have seen better days, animals seemed to be well cared for.”
