I visited hamleys and we had an amazing experience. Specially the ballpit area my kids like to swim and hide in the balls,also staff are friendly and accommodating definitely will be back soon.

âFloor is very cold because of AC is working full fan and cooling around 16 degrees. I would recommend to use two socks. We booked 2 hours but after 1.5 hours our toddler get enough time and wanna leaveâ
