Roxy Cinemas Dubai Hills

“My experience at Roxy Cinema in Dubai Mall, specifically in the Platinum theatre, was absolutely exceptional. From the moment you enter, you immediately feel that this is far more than a regular cinema. The luxurious reclining seats, spacious layout, privacy, and overall atmosphere create a truly premium and relaxing movie experience. I would especially like to highlight the outstanding service, which elevated the entire visit. Jefferson and Renz were simply excellent - professional, attentive, and genuinely kind. They were always available without being intrusive, ensuring everything was perfect throughout the movie. Their warm attitude and attention to detail made a real difference and reflected the high standards of the Platinum experience. Overall, Roxy Cinema Platinum offers the perfect combination of comfort, luxury, and top-tier service. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an elevated cinema experience in Dubai.”

“My favorite cinema brand in the UAE. Big and tasty food and beverage selection, and excellent overall movie experience. I like their Xtreme seating, slightly more expensive than Silver but comes with reclining and more comfortable seats. They accept ESAAD, Fazaa, and Emirates Platinum discount cards (20%).”

“I recently watched Avatar at Roxy Cinema in the Platinum section. Overall, the experience was very good. The service was excellent, and the food was delicious, I really enjoyed it. The seating area is spacious and offers good privacy, which adds to the premium feel. The only downside was the seating comfort. While the seats are large, they do not recline enough to be truly comfortable for a long movie. After a three-hour film, I experienced noticeable back discomfort. Improving the reclining angle or back support would make the Platinum experience much more comfortable. Overall, a great experience with room for improvement in seating comfort.”
