Hisn Khorfakkan | حصن خورفكان
📍 Hay Al Sharg, Sharjah
Small historical museum in old souq area featuring regional history, trade stories, and traditional culture exhibits.
We stumbled across this gem when we went for a stroll near Khorfakkan's old souq. Admission is very minimal but the amount of knowledge I got was great. You can learn about the City's and the region's rich history through the relics on display and stories of trade and war. If you're in the area, this is a very nice addition to your itinerary. I hope they can add more galleries in the near future. Their staff is very friendly and would gladly help you with any questions.
🏆 Family Action Verdict
A worthwhile educational stop for families interested in local history, perfect for a short cultural visit.
