It has been specifically designed to provide a safe environment for kids to have fun in as well as encourage physical activities.”

“Very nice and clean play area. They have several sections for free, for example trampoline is for free, donut slide for free.. etc. at the morning not very busy and kids below 5 will enjoy the area. Very nice for the kids to spend time and all totes are very well selected that the kids don’t get bored. Some totes needs some maintenance and air conditioner is very hot needs to be fixed. Other than that it’s very clean and nice and friendly staff.”

“The place itself is fine for kids to play, but personally, I didn’t enjoy my experience. I was with my 15-month-old baby in the bouncy area when the security guard came to tell me that adults are not allowed to jump, even though I was bouncing very lightly with my child. What really bothered me was that he didn’t say anything to another adult woman who was also jumping at the same time. Another big disappointment was the closing time. On Google Maps it says the place closes at 00:00h so we went in at 23:03 expecting to have almost an hour. Instead, by 23:38 we were already told to leave, which felt very unfair and frustrating. On top of that, some of the staff felt quite cold and unwelcoming, so I didn’t feel comfortable overall. Unfortunately, I don’t plan on coming back.”

“Very disappointing experience. The staff called us and informed us that our baby needed a diaper change. We rushed immediately to the kids’ zone, but when we arrived, we found that our baby was completely clean. Unfortunately, the staff did not apologize for the mistake and did not allow our baby to remain in the kids’ zone. This caused unnecessary stress and negatively affected our experience. We expected better communication and more professional handling of the situation. We paid 45 AED. And they even not give back the amount.”
