“The cinema experience was okay, but finding the place was very difficult. There is no proper parking available, which caused a lot of delay. I ended up entering the movie 30 minutes late because I was searching for parking and the correct entrance. The theater itself is good, but the location and parking situation need improvement.”

“Yesterday, I watched TTT, a Tamil-language Indian movie, at Novo Cinemas, Screen 3 (Buhairah Center, Sharjah). The screen had severe quality issues, with blue dots appearing throughout the screening. I reported this issue to the staff, and they were already aware of it. However, their response was extremely disappointing—as if our money had no value. There was no attempt to fix the issue or even offer an apology. Instead, we were forced to continue watching the movie on a faulty screen with terrible audio quality. What kind of service is this?”

“Extremely Unprofessional. Room 3 has visible blue dots on the screen, and staff admitted they were aware of it. We were told to pay first and that tickets would not be refundable. They even suggested we wait for the ads to check the screen ourselves. Reviews mention the same issue over a month ago, yet nothing has been fixed. Selling tickets for a damaged screen and refusing refunds is unacceptable. Avoid this place.”

“Worst place … if you are looking for theatre Experience. If you are booking in this location and you find only novo cool option … you will get this Hall. It’s a cinema Hall kind of setup. Don’t know about other screens … but this is not at all to the standards… not visiting again”
