I was trying to buy seats online for a show at Reel Cinemas Dubai Mall, but due to a glitch in the app the seats weren’t visible, so I couldn’t complete the booking. Wenche went above and beyond to help. She first called the Dubai Mall location to try to resolve the issue, and when that didn’t work, she took the initiative to contact the Platinum team to find a solution. She spent a considerable amount of time making sure the issue was addressed and that I could secure the seats I wanted.
