I had an excellent experience with Omer Syed from VOX Cinemas, Shindagha City Center. Due to unforeseen reasons, the movie I had booked was postponed, and Omer personally called me to assist. He changed my ticket to another movie, and unfortunately that movie was later banned as well. Despite the inconvenience, Omer handled the entire situation professionally, patiently, and with great clarity. He explained every step properly and ensured I was fully informed. In the end, VOX provided me with a full refund along with two complimentary movie tickets, which truly reflects their commitment to customer satisfaction.
